So I've sent some BTC to the Waveplatform (Chrome alpha client) in hopes of exchanging them on the in-built platform. Unfortunately it gives me an error: "Order was not created" regardless of the amount or price.
Has anybody else experienced this and knows how to fix that problem?

The BTC transaction is fully confirmed by the way.

I've encountered that too. Then i withdrew my btc to some exchange site and after the exchange, i resent waves to the wallet back. In order to do those you need to have some waves in your account by the way. If you don't, you can't withdraw btc and can't exch btc to waves, basically your btc's are stuck in this system lol. The only thing to do is ask someone to send you some waves, or try waves faucets for couple of hours
