We have confirmed with our accounting department the payment was Invalid (see attached for your records). An invoice is considered invalid when it was paid, but payment was not confirmed within 1 hour after receipt. In such circumstances, once payment is confirmed the funds will be returned to the buyer. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end in regards to refunding the payment. We suggest trying your order again in the future.

 Cry Cry Cry

on a confirmed transaction.

The fees were too low and that's why It took sometime to get confirmed. If they didn't explicitly say that there is a need of confirmation then otherwise you won't receive the goods then It's their fault otherwise It's kinda yours for not reading and not paying enough fees.

I paid the fee's they asked for, manually.

I am using the -walletbroadcast=0 option and then you should be able to use "Abandon Transaction".

And now I am using -zapwallettxes option.

But anyhow, it has been confirmed 166+ times

The second transaction is unconfirmed. So I used -walletbroadcast=0 option and abandoned the unconfirmed transaction then -zapwallettxes option.

You need to to chill mate.
It's not the bitcoin or the high fees that seems to be a problem here but the service you're using. There are similar bitcoin services that let you pay the amount and wait until it gets 2 confirmations.BitPay even refunds your extra bitcoins if you sent extra than the agreed amount.
