Let say I'm an individual that want to help the bitcoin transaction ecosystem.

Is there any way I could do so to help bitcoin users to accelerate the process to reduce in any way the maximum block height ?

There is for sure the segwit that seem to work for a couple other cryptocurrencies, and a centralised project called bitcoin unlimited that could benefit a precise pack of people around it.

Is there any other cases that I could do as a regular user, passionated by Bitcoin and every other cryptocurrencies, to help and move upward ?

Thank you
If you want to help in the bitcoin transaction ecosystem then you must purchase a bitcoin mining rig. As long as the blocksize is not increased we need more powerful miners to confirm the transactions. If the demand for transaction cannot be coped up by the current hashpower then we will have a pending transaction in the mempool. Thus is you want to help bitcoin transaction system you establish and build a mining farm.

At present, 2mb segwit is considered the best way to solve this problem. Larger volumes along with decentralization will allow for fast, low-cost, high-security transactions.

Do you really think that SegWit is a permanent solution? 2MB may be OK now, but after a few months, when the userbase expands further it is again going to face the same issue. Perhaps we should increase the block size to 8MB or make it unlimited.

No, we should not go too far, think of the nearest solution, the block size is too large at this point is not really good.

Can not be, we can increase the size, but it should be limited. Unlimited size will be like a poison killing bitcoin. It will come up with many holes, bitcoin is no longer secure, and it crashed.

The only way I can think to help people get their transactions faster is get in contact with some mining pool and offer them money in exchange of confirmation using whatever criteria you have. Won't be cheap and still the block size, so the number of transactions in a single block, would not change.

As a common user only thing I can think about is don't send unnecessary transactions for now.

Right now I do not want any delays in being confirmed in a transaction,
A faster transaction unless he is a network developer.

I was sceptical about Bitcoin being a currency and not just a commodity like gold, but now I have no doubt about it. I have several BTCs in limbo. I made several transactions with no problem, less than an hour, then I made some others a few hours later, with a bigger fee, and they have been stuck for 30 hours.

I can send money from my French bank accounts to anywhere in Europe for free and it takes one day, sometimes only a few hours.

I'm not asking BTC transactions to be free but the cost should be minimal and the speed fast, or it will never catch on as a currency.

I think it's a good idea considering also a lot of spam transactions that meet the bitcoin transaction network, hope everyone can also get their deals on quick confirmation in the future

The current system doesn't offer any method like that as far as I know, if you are a miner you can accelerate particular tx's when you mine a block and include these, however as an individual user with regular hash rate, there isn't much that can be done.

I'm not that well oriented technically, but overall, unless you are a big mining company like VIABTC and mining multiple block per day then it wouldn't work. You can solo mine but of course finding a block and including TX's in it and that is very unlikely considering the total network hash-power, and even that will just help once.

What's wrong if send a transaction before confirmation, it's to support bitcoin scaling

He's not saying there's something wrong with it but as a community we all want faster confirmations and that's the only way that Bitcoin can be used on a daily or regular basis.

A silly question here, you do not even understand it, so you can not help anyone. Instead of looking for ways to handle transactions quickly, you should pay a higher fee for transactions; in addition, a stingy person who always pays a low fee does not deserve help.

I quess that you don`t understand how the blockchain works.
Bitcoin unlimited is not the solution,it`s a part of the problem.
Deleting all the very small spammy transactions is the only solution for me.
There is no way to know which transactions are spam and which are normal transactions, so that wouldn't work even if someone wanted to try it. It seems like you don't understand how blockchain works as well. By raising the block cap with bitcoin unlimited we would get 8 times more space in every single block, thus the confirmations would be 8 times quicker what would require less fees from the senders.

However, if you want to speed up the process of implementing segwit what you could actually do is run your node with supporting uasf activation. With it people wouldn't need any miners, thus the blocks wouldn't be constantly full and you wouldn't need to pay big fees
