I am saddened by the news about ill treatment of people with mental problems. Any one may deal with mental problems, at any time and anywhere. But the societal behaviour with them is still not positive, let alone encourage and support them. I think the mental health problem is growing by the day, and it is unstoppable, given the lifestyle we are living, pollution, lack of spirituality among others.
According to WHO, one in four people in the world will be affected by mental or neurological disorders at some point in their lives. Around 450 million people currently suffer from such conditions, placing mental disorders among the leading causes of ill-health and disability worldwide.

However, there are not bad people out there. A web developer and engineer at Olark Live Chat had decided to take her time off work for some days to relieve from mental problem. When she, hesitated at first, informed her boss. Her boss's reply was more positive. ‘You are an example to us all, and help cut through the stigma so we can bring our whole selves to work.’ her boss's response to her. http://metro.co.uk/2017/07/10/boss-responds-perfectly-to-employee-taking-a-mental-health-day-off-6767838/

Can the employee's boss's response to her mental issue set an example for others like her?HuhHuh?
