Onehash.com scam report...

Just a note to everyone thinking about using onehash this was my experience with them.
So firstly I deposited my own btc into their wallet to play, then after I started winning I wanted to withdraw my btc. Then they said that I have to confirm my withdrawal from my email I used, this is the first time I have seen a crypto game requiring you to confirm a withdrawal via your email address and unfortunately I lost access to the email I used to sign up by them. I then requested for them to assist me with changing my email address and the support took several days to respond to me only for me to receive a message a day and a half at a time. I got a response it was a new person from their customer support each time. Thus causing it to become impossible to sort out my change of email, as I got upset I decided to ask them to cancel my account and in doing so according to their own policies they are meant to send you your btc balance within 3days to the btc wallet you deposited with which also caused a problem of its own, I then informed them that I deposited my btc using kucoin and that I can't receive the btc back into the wallet that I used to deposit my btc as it is a one way only wallet if you use kucoin you will understand what I am talking about. Then it took them 3 days to respond with regards to this issue and they deferred my problem that I had. I then waited my 3 days and on the final day (the day my account is meant to be closed) my btc just disappeared. After it disappeared they then sent me a message if I need any assistance which meant it was now another new customer service consultant which upset me further because the time in which my btc disappeared i was not on the website and I did not use the account for another 2days after the day I was meant to get my btc. And now their excuses are they cannot send me my btc as my balance is too low yet I know I waited for my btc and did not play the game further because I wanted my btc, yet it just disappeared and now they are not taking responsibility and are just deferring my questioning about how my btc just disappeared and they saying they cannot send me btc as my balance is too low. I even have proof of balance on the day I was meant to get my btc and thereafter the balance just disappeared.
So if you are ever thinking of playing on onehash be prepared for them firstly ripping you off and secondly not receiving any support even though they say its 24/7 yet they only responded in the evenings between 7pm to 10pm.
Complete utter scam from my own experience. Better off using other services that offers on chain gambling inside your own wallet. Not your wallet not your coins and you have no recourse. Utter scam.

you should share some proof of conversation and details on  how the process goes , also screen shot of your account in which proving that the funds gone while you are under contacting them.

if you can provide those? then you can directly go to Scam accusation or Reputation section to file a formal case.

As oneHash is also one of the oldest casino that has been promoted here, i remember back in the years that they are having signature campaign yearly  for several weeks.

Because they have followed clearly their rules and asking to confirm an email address or sending payment to initial btc address... is a way to protect people that have been just hacked.

You have not access to registered email of this account (I guess is still working... have you tried to recover this address in certain way?)
You have not access to this btc address (it's like impossible but why don't send an email to kucoin asking for their support for this address?)

What is your proof of initial deposit/real ownership of this account?

I don't understand how BTC disappeared from your account? If, as you write, your account is closed, you cannot check its balance.
If you have a screenshot of your balance from before closing, and OneHash sent this balance to you, they just need to give you the TX of transaction.

Did you ask them to provide you TX of transaction in which they send your balance to you?

The fact that you titled this thread a scam report, you should move this thread to the Scam Accusations board.

Make sure you have the proof to make it a valid accusation.

I have played with Onehash.com before and I have a good experience, even applied on their campaign IIRC, but I would not say that they are legit before, they cannot go bad, just make sure your accusation has substance.

I honestly didn't have time to read all your accusations against the Onehash casino gambling site, however as far as i know if a user has serious problem with them (Onehash), Onehash team will respond to it, like this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5159140.0

In my opinion, if you are having serious problems with the Onehash gambling site, my advice is to provide valid evidence of the problem you are facing, at least the Onehash team will solve your problem, but you write like in a magazine, without proof, just words.

Maybe you should be serious, in this case, so that there is no mistake in your accusation, who is right and wrong, it is difficult to understand.

Haha, last active October last year being 2021 is not considered active mate, I mean that's about or over 6 months ago, someone that's been inactive for over 6 months ago is not considered "recently active".

@op, it's a good step youve taken to warn people here about onehash, it's really disheartening that alot of casinos out there are nothing but scammers disguised as legit businesses waiting for the next victim to fall into their trap, and people can't really differenciate this parasite from the legit ones until stories like this come up....
Anyways, I really hope they change their mind and return your btc, and incase they don't, then I hope btc lost isn't much.

Posting what happen just using a wall of text won't help you to solve your issue. You should provide an evidence to support your claim. An active gambling site with an account in bitcointalk that is also active will surely respond if a gambler on their site facing an issue or problem and will solve it as soon as they can. This is how many legit and reputable gambling site or a casino do to keep their gamblers satisfied with the site without having to experience issues or problems.

IMO, there still needs some evidence from the "OneHash" side. Where is the BTC fund? because not only OneHash fault but also @OP fault, why?
- OP Lost access for Email: In this case, they act based on the policy and also confirm withdrawal with email is not new at all. Each service have their own security fund manage.
- OP ask to change the Email without old Email access: Also this is security policy, how about if someone know your account and they can change it without any confirmation from the old Email confirmation. It's not really simple
- Send fund to original deposit: It's the right things to do, because not only "Casino" some exchange also can do that in case the fund source have some problem.

Can't vouch "OneHash" is wrong until there has some proof or response from OneHash side, because this problem is because @OP fault too.

Few more casino has similar requirements for withdrawal confirmation (as example: winz.io). Casino has this type of requirements for the safety of the users. Based on your statement, you aren't careful about the security in crypto world. If you are new to Onehash.com then why you used an email address without having the access in it? Moreover, you have made a deposit from an trading platform (not from your own wallet address).

Indeed, this isn't a proper scam accusation. I know that onehash support doesn't stay active always. I reached to their support in the January month and they took almost 24 hours to give me a reply. However, I have reached to their support again today and they replied to me instantly. In this case, OP has no way to prove that he is the owner of the account. Only onehash can do it by checking his IP address. But I doubt they will do that.

Out of the dozens of casinos here with lots of activity and strong reviews, you decided to go with an absolutely unheard of site? I have a feeling you only found bitcointalk after the money had already been lost - it might be rubbing salt in the wound, but people simply do not do enough research beforehand and are lured into whatever site promises the best bonuses, I've been guilty of it myself. Thanks for the warning, but I guess most people here have such a wide range of recommendations to go with already they are unlikely to stumble into these scam artists. You may simply have to write this off as a loss instead of devoting any more time to chasing your money, let's hope it was a relatively small amount.

Thanks for summing up the issue the OP is complaining about, he's like making a long narrative without convincing evidence as a hint to raise a report in a Scam Accusations.

I'm not sure how the OP doesn't have access to the old emails registered on OneHash, he should be able to recover the emails using the verification code via sms, or some other attempt to recover the emails with the associated data.

- Send fund to original deposit: It's the right things to do, because not only "Casino" some exchange also can do that in case the fund source have some problem.

Submitting a withdrawal to the depositor's address is a new problem because he deposits BTC from Kucoin, then BTC is sent from the Kucoin exchange address (Hot wallet) not from his account's BTC address in Kucoin. If the application is accepted, then BTC will be sent to the Kucoin exchange address and not added to his account balance on the Kucoin exchange.

However, he has to recover old emails to be able to access them again, so this is the perfect solution to solve all these problems.
