simple questions :

How to know exact timing of coins to be listed today or tomorrow etc... ??

On all the different exchanges i mean. I missed many coin listings yesterday for example on Bittrex etc such as BitSwift , so how to know which exchange will list what and when

usually exchanges are tweeting about upcoming releases, you should follow their twitter. as far as I know, there are no such countdown services

the exchange platform should be announce the announcement!
maybe you should pay attention this announcement

usually when the dev say that he contacted bittrex or similar, it will get listen soon enough after that, i just follow what the dev say
