Hi folks,

I did my first BTC transaction today.

I sent 6934 bits to this address - 1KwAn4fvPhxw7tNQ8Akc4Vp8UUVRgS7mCE
(Its a forum member - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=722822)
The transaction has confirmed but the seller says he has not received it - https://live.blockcypher.com/btc/tx/e56c00db11eb1d87e618426a9b46e9619873f2bf61a3ed1dec81073e543bc7c6/

If this forum member said he didn't receive it at that address, what is going on is that he is lying to you.

Who is it?

Definitely He has received 0.006934 BTC. Probably he is a scammer and is lying to you.
according to the link below he has spent all of it  at another transaction.

You should be more careful in your transactions.

You must be very careful when sending Bitcoin to a stranger. You definelly got scammed, however, this is how you learn to be smarter in future.
You should see the positive in this, that the amount was not that large, so its not that big of a loss, and you got a valuable lesson.

Investing in Bitcoin since 2010.
