What do the 0.8.2 changes mean for free BTC sites?

If there is a minimal transaction point, will these sites be able to operate? I know they bundle now to keep fees down but I'm not sure if that's the same thing. Better to ask a stupid question then to live in silent ignorance, right? (And their may be other changes coming but that's the only one I have a question about.)

Whats going to happen when micro payments are dead? 

Some free/earn bitcoin sites will go away; some will adapt; some will continue business as usual. 

Some sites already delay payments until a certain minimum balance is built up.
