Hi folks.  I have Claymore's eth miner running.  The command line options for pool and wallet seem to be working, but the commands for throttling back my gpu's are being ignored.  How come?  I just want to reduce the target core temp just a little.

Thanks for any help.

Use the "config.txt" file.

Sometimes the miner isn't able to "talk" with the GPU, use MSI Afterburner to speedup the fan for better cooling (i use 100%, more cooling more durable)

You need to plugin a display or dummy plug in to the VGA connected to the primary 16x PCI-E slot for the AMD drivers to be able to read the temperature and fan speeds, so they can be set with the miner. You also need to set the primary video to the PCI-E slot in the motherboard bios and not the onboard video.

Ok, I am on a single nvidia 1060 gtx gpu with an active monitor.  Latest drivers.  The command line switches for the pool and wallet seem to be working fine, but nothing else as far as setting a max or target temp.  The miner is displaying temp and fan speed every few seconds.  Seems the readme file is mostly useless then?
