armory wont load, updated but no go

I have windows 10 . running bit coin armory 0.95.  It was not updated when I first ran into issue where it never loaded up.  I looked on forums and recommended updating so I did.  also looked at forums and said to delete data base so I did, but that didn't help.

I had just bought 100 dollars worth bit coin from coinbase and transferred it to armory and it said it was transferred but cant load the thing to find out what the hell is going on now.

any ideas.  also I suck at this this stuff. the terms used are confusing and basically I am low lever user.  had to watch a youtube video just to figure out how to take a screen shot.
