one thing, just look at the amount of money invested, that can tell you that there will be a pump for sure at the beginning, Tezos is one of this ico, don't waste time looking at the dev faces, and the roadmap, all ico re the same shitcoin for pump and dump, so just look for the one with the biggest possible pump
