Any open source exchange that is not abandoned?

We're looking to start an exchange business in our certainly underserved Latin America country, and an open source exchange engine would be a good place to start, in order to adapt it to our local payment gateway(s).

I've looked into several projects on Github, like Peatio, Bittrade, WLOX, etc., and they all are pretty much abandoned (at least in their Open Source version) with last commits more than two or three years old.

So, anyone knows what other options there are?
