What do i have to do? Changelly.com-Exchange Lose my money

Hello I would like to commit my horrible experience with changelly.com

4 days ago try changing from Nem (XEM) to Ethereum (ETH) I was told to enter 5455 Nem to this address NBLQ6PE7Z5CVANJNXGOR74UQLOJ2YMGJJOZ4YFAQ to get 9,5 ETH
The coins were sent to the moment and the transaction has never been carried out ... in the blockchain you can see the transaction from my address and the time as well requests the web page.

I have sent 4 mails claiming no answer ... they can not play with the money thus with that lack of Support.

I see from the pictures you posted that you have dealt with them before and I see transactions in green. This is a good sign and the only ones who can help you is the Changelly support. I know they are from the Minergate so they should be trusted. Insist on contacting them and explain your situations, attach all the photos from here in the emails you will send to them.

I have sent 4 emails from the web in my account and from email support and no answer .. I do not know what to do anymore ..

all changelly do is buy and sell on poloniex for you. it could be a poloniex problem as they're screwed right now but ultimately it's changelly's job to sort it out.
