Releasing code for end to end ride sharing app

HI,

I run a service company and we were contracted last year to build an end to end platform for a system similar to Uber for booking ambulances. The client abandoned the project and hasn't paid us and so we are left with a very good system that we can't run.

One potential possibility is for us to release the entire code package at the price of say 1 ether. As of now, price would depend on the number of people interested in buying our software. With more potential buyers, the price would be lower.

The back-end is built on google app engine (cloud) and we have a customer app as well as a driver's app. I would be very interested in releasing it to the community. With very minor changes, the applications can be used for any ride sharing purpose.
