Correct, and to add. It is more fun to work your rank up. What is the sense of paying someone to boost it to a rank where you cannot be as expert as your rank. You will just pollute high-rank matches.

sounds like but not any criteria to accepting that your need what ever EUW country must needed but also posting in market/service but really more interested when you ask for them need more as usual hi class rank diamond to challenger between but no more goes to your needed. reserve Ph comes first or asia.
