No. You can build a better one for the same price that mines better and performs better in a lot of tasks other than mining, such as gaming.
There isn't a single prebuilt computer that is good for anything for the money it's asking.
If you can't build one yourself then watch some videos on YouTube because it isn't difficult.

Not the best starting rig for me. You should look for Celeron PCU as it has low power usage, also you don't need a 1TB hard drive for mining, 256Gb SSD cards were more than enough.  You should also buy atleast a gold rated power supply as your rig will run 24/7. You should also consider the number of pcie slots n your motherboard, 6-8 pieces seems enough for a starter rig. Research and think about the gpu you will use and which altcoin you plan to mine. Also, a good starter rig will cost you ~1000$ and will earn about 5$ per day.

No, you can't use a computer for Bitcoin mining - it's too slow.

You need an ASIC like Antminer S9 (https://shop.bitmain.com/)

No, I don't think so.
What kind of cryptocurrencies that you want to mine? If you want to mine bitcoin, then purchase an ASIC.
You may mine some altcoins such as monero but even a supercomputer is way slower than mining with ASICs. A supercomputer only has much CPU power, not even GPU power and ASICs are way more powerful than GPUs. ASICs represent the hashing algorithm as hardware which means it specifically created just for mining, that's why ASICs are faster and more efficient than a supercomputer.
Another thing to consider; GPU mining is becoming less and less profitable due to the significant increase in mining difficulty.

Which coins would you mine? If bitcoin then its not possible for you to mine bitcoin with this CPU.All i can see that this build is just really good for gaming and possible to make some altcoin mining but wont really be sufficient.I would rather make my own rig just add up some few hundred dollars then its you would able to mine altcoins. If you are really serious on mining bitcoin then you can simply just buy asic miners on bitmain or on other legit resellers online but expect price wont really be cheap.

This is so higher end specification to have as a personal computer dude. If you want to mine with the GPU rigs even Dual core processors is enough start mining the any coins. All you best GPU cards in the market for mining especially GTX 1070 and Rx 580 cards are best to start mining. These will give best performance and hash power to mine the coins.
So try to concentrate on cards instead of mother board and processors.
