Intersango Euro Deposit still not in account, Sent 19th of april...

Hey, i sent a deposit to the intersango euro bank account on the 19th of april and there is still no sign of it and the details are correct of which i sent it too and i sent it with the reference.... Ive never had such slow service before and ive used it alot and the reply rate from support is one message is day which is proving to take forever... and im starting to worry tbh. Is there any other way i can contact them faster? Thanks
