korean cell phone number

Hello everyone!

long story short, i need a korean cell phone number.

a rent sim ( which is now the case) doesn`t work for me.

ideally i would love to readdress all the calls and texts to one european sim.

so:

1. How do you buy a number without a phone? an online service will do.
2. how about reddressing?
