Hello, I bought 3 bitmain antminer S7 and I want to know if I can use them to mine ethereum.

Hi,

You can use them to mine any coin that supports the SHA256 algorithm, and only that.
Do a search on coins with that algorithm or just go to https://whattomine.com/asic and check the coins/profit there.
No ETH mining for S7 thought...  Wink

Gpus are what you want to mine eth.  As another post stated you can only mine coins with the sha256 algo with your miner.
