Hello guys, I have a small crypto related company in the HK, with a bank account in the Europe.

I need an exchange to sell earned crypto currency for EUR and withdraw it to the company bank account.

What I need.
1. EUR bank withdraw.
2. Exchange based and registered anywhere except USA.
3. €700K+ withdraw annually.

What I find by myself
About Bitfinex:
Quote
I tried to register my company but they have the most ridiculous set of requirements I've ever seen. There doesn't seem to be tiers. They want all kinds of stuff like board resolutions, etc. etc. and there doesn't seem to be any exceptions for small single shareholder companies...

Bitfinex requires you to fill out the following sections, each section having many sub-requirements: Name & Contact, Address, Corporate, Financial, Corporate Members, KYC. Within just the "Corporate" subsection there are all of these requirements: Certificate of incorporation, Company’s articles of association, Details of ownership and structure control (an ownership chart), Company bank statement with address, Company minutes to open an account with Bitfinex, Authorized signature list, Member register, Current officers register, Ultimate beneficial names, List of shareholders who control more than 20%, List of all directors, Certificate of incumbency, Certificate of good standing.

13 different documents! Many of those irrelevant and redundant for a small single owner company. Some of those are irrelevant or redundant for a company of any size in many jurisdictions. For example sometimes a certificate of incumbency and a certificate of "good standing" are the same thing.
This is insane. I have a real small company without all that stuff. Moreover, I didn't even even know what does some of that words means.

Bitstamp.
In the internet there are many stories about slow verification, more than month, slow bank withdraws, again, more than month, slow support.

Maybe another nice exchanges for my purposes?
What exchange should I use?

Thank you for your advice.

Do you get different crypto coins from people buying something from you? let Coinpayments do the heavy lifting for you.
They have fiat settlements for US and EUR bank accounts.
They have point of sale, multi-sig wallet, mobile app.
You could store your coins in a secure vault if ever needed, all the funds are backed by BitGo, with BitGo TM Instant support.
Just visit their site to see everything for yourself, no need to provide what you don't even have, just simple verification.
