Antminer U2 in Windows, not in Device Manager

I got a brand new Antminer U2 today to experiment with. However, when I plug it into my computer, Windows 10 does not even recognize that anything was plugged in. It doesn't even show in the device manager.

More info:

• Tried USB2 ports
• Tried USB3 ports
• Tried USB2 powered hub
• Tried Different Computer, same

The led light on the Antminer U2 comes on Red.
I used the application "USB View" to see all USB devices... it doesn't show anything attached.

Any ideas?
