CGminer  3.0    ,

mining with stratum

"gpu-engine" : "0-600",

"scrypt" : true,
"intensity" : "8",
"worksize" : "128",
"shaders" : "360",
"thread-concurrency" : "2096",

Only   13Kh/s Sad Sad

tried changed a lot of parameters,  still not help.  any idea to improve it ?

5450 run scrypt?? To try invest more money.

someone has managed to get 21.6 kh/s out of a 5450...at that rate it would take you around 18 days 24/7 to get 1 litecoin.
