So 2 weeks I registered to the website. Transferred some money to the site, and logged off to log back at night and try to make a deal.

When I tried later, 2FA was randomly activated, so changed password and contacted support right away.

9 days later someone emailed me, and for a few days had to wait to verify my account and get it removed. Logged in, and I had 0 balance. So you all think, just a typical case of getting hacked. But let me explain some facts.

1. The balance on that wallet was only $700, I log in daily from many other devices to different websites with way higher balanced, and never had ANY account stolen.

2. I ALWAYS type my password with on screen keyboard, I never make an exception.

3. They mail you every time someone logs in. They were two mails, the one when I logged in for the first time, and today.

4. I was using my main office computer. Meaning, IT department has that protected on every way, guaranteed.

So, clearly Paxful has done something sketchy for those who doesn't activate 2FA right away, and then blame not using 2FA.

They already have a few scam accusations, they better start fixing their issues or It will end up bad for them. I just want to know something, If you made a transaction from your wallet, you should be able to see the receiver address (your account of paxful) so can you see If the funds actually moved or still there? that could help you track them or something.

ussualy iam use paxful and localbitcoins.com to arbitrage
until now without problem

Word of wisdom says that we should not leave our coin in an online wallet for too long.

To your case, have you contacted their support? What do you plan to buy that worth $700 that you can not buy immediately?

I equally have problems with paxful because i often receive login notifications even when i did not check the account.

Give us the feed back from their customer support first and the community we understand the true picture.
