I'm assembling a new mining rig. Currently the system will not POST when my 1070Ti's are installed

I'm waiting on 6-pin to molex adapters for the risers, currently risers are powered with an 8-pin to 6-pin cable straight from the PSU

I've got 3 MSI DUKE cards, two MSI titanium and one gigabyte(I'll be adding two more soon), using an EVGA 1600W PSU and Pentium CPU

I've installed windows, activated with a Student edition key. I was thinking of trying to install a pirated Pro version to see how that loaded everything

After a clean Windows install, The device manager will show all cards as VGA devices. I then try to install the 1070Ti drivers but the process freezes thhe computer. After this happens I cant get the system to post unless all GPU's are removed

Any thoughts?
