withdraw from hitbtc,they give me a non exist Transaction hash

i try to withdraw some bitcoin from hitbtc last night,there is a Transaction hash about this withdraw,but this Transaction hash
is not exist when i checked it in blockchain.info.so what's wrong is this?

Its either of two things.

1. what earlier poser has said in which I don't believe would actually happened in this case.

2. Maybe you have been scammed.

Try to reach out to their support and get their response and if that is not forthcoming, then number 2 above is confirmed.

of course,i submited tickets for help in support,got nothing reply,just bitcoins is back to my account,then i tried to withdraw bitcoins again,2 days past,this transanction
got zero confirmation.really worried the safety of my bitcoins now
