For Litecoin:

I have correctly setup my litecoinpool.org account, installed and configured Litecoin Core, changed litecoinpool.org Payment Address and worker username/password.

I went here:
https://www.litecoinpool.org/minerconfig

And got the "mine.bat" file, with the parameters:
cudaminer --url=stratum+tcp://us2.litecoinpool.org:3333 --userpass=privateusername:privatepassword
pause

'Private' parts changed for security here. I put that file in the CudaMiner folder, downloaded from GitHub (needed the latest version, all other web links were old forum versions).
https://github.com/cbuchner1/CudaMiner

I put the batch file in there and ran, but Command Prompt shows:
'cudaminer' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

HELP?! I can't find an MSI or EXE file either!

It looks like only source code is available there. You'd need to compile the source, or find compiled binaries somewhere else.

If you're interested in Litecoin though, you'll do way better to mine a more profitable coin and trade it for Litecoin. Mining Litecoin with a GPU has been worthless for years. Even if you're just doing it for fun or learning, you might as well mine something like Ethereum or Zcash so you have something to show for your efforts.
