I am using the Bitcoin-Qt client and I have used the program to encrypt my wallet. I have also used the program to create a wallet backup file.

…Is my wallet backup file encrypted?? Or do I need to encrypt this via some other method?

If someone also happens to know the answer to this question for the Multibit wallet that would be awesome.

Thanks!

Nevermind re Multibit, the program asks if you want to password protect the file. Very cool.

But I could still use some help with Bitcoin-Qt!

If you encrypted the wallet before backing it up then the backup is encrypted too.
