i know i am too lazy to backread/search, any quick advise on how to load Bitcoin via my credit card. Is it safe and instantaneous? Is this a normal thing to go if i can't find anywhere to get bitcoin?

You can use cex.io for that

You'll still need to get your identity confirmed though. Might take a couple of days. Also you will be buying bitcoins  with %10-20 premium because that's how credit cards are...
