So i heard Coinbase is trying to raise 100 million dollars to improve the site.
I also heard they have revenue of over a billion dollars.

Scam ?

Talk amongst yourselves Wink

PS:
There may be a Class action brewing because of their Cryptsy involvement.

There is also a court case i think with Coinbase vs The US govt (over client /  IRS Tax requests)

It's an IPO not an ICO and if it's a scam then the FTC, SEC, and pretty much everyone else in the US economy or government is involved in your conspiracy. The real world has checks and balances and prisons.

i followed the money, it's not on the cryptsy servers, its located on poliniex now, site is same setup

Wow, this needs to reported the class action group so they can look in to it and try to seize assets if Poloniex are holding Cryptsy money

The Receivers already know. It was in one of their reports that they are aware of coins sent to Poloniex

Does anyone know the value of these coins sent to Poloniex?

Poloniex is about to get hammered, Coinbase-style!

Speakin' 'bout Coinbase, do you know how many subscribers they have on their official YouTube channel?: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCh8SaNA0WEuCp7xtjIU8QTQ/about

You guessed correctly if you said 508. Not too shabby for a company worth a billion dollars where over U$120M worth of VC by deep-pocket investors helped built the entity, with Coinbase now seeking another U$100M so to ... wait for it ... garner another 508 YouTube subscribers.

3-LA: Great, another crypto-based thingy seeking U$100M. Where's my stamp so that I can approve this SEC filing?

<meanwhile>

3-LA: We just won another case! Party's on me, boys. So glad that they're locking up that young man sans priors for life for ... wait for it ... creating and maintaining a website.

<meanwhile>

3-LA: Sonny Vleisides, your business smells fishy! If I see you here again, I'll slap another U$100 fine on your scammy ass and extend your probation. Promise me that you'll be on a good track from now on. May I suggest you take up acting? Hey, you could play an FBI agent in some upcoming movie to be released in 2017.

<meanwhile, somewhere in Colorado>

3-LA: GET YOUR ASSES ON THE FLOOR! All three of yous. And if either one moves, the little girl gets it in the head. We don't think too kindly of you trading bitcoins as a hobby, bud. While we tear your home to pieces, us 32 agents are gonna see what you have in fridge so to quench our thirsts.

<meanwhile, down in Florida>

Lead Cryptsy Dude closes down office and none of its ~50 employees felt it prudent to warn its user base, the closure uncovered by a reporter over two weeks after the fact.

Ironically, Mrs. Lead Cryptsy Dude didn't have a clue as to what was goin' on, in spite of her being well-schooled in investigations at the expense of the US military. For her being SOOOOOOOOOOO outta the loop, she was reward a quarter of a million dollars.

<meanwhile, over at Team Qtum>

An astute user uncovered that Patrick Dai is none other than Steven Dai, but all of Qtum associated went on record in denouncing the claim, calling those who echoed the claim paid trolls with agendas et al. Ironically, Patrick Dai came forth and declared that such was true and that everybody, including his team and investors were well aware of the fact, whereupon Qtum's associates NEVER revisited or addressed subsequent claims. We later learnt that none of the investors were versed that Patrick Dai was once Steven Dai, a  nefarious actor in this space.

Only goes to show, if you rip off a million dollars in this space, simply wait a spell and return under a new name, where not only is all forgiven, but you're granted a million dollars from named investors so to advance your ICO in garnering another U$15M for a business plan that consists of marrying Bitcoin with Ethereum under the auspices of non-profit, where your pre-mined token is allowed to be traded on the exchanges which they control directly and indirectly under the pre-launch ticker symbol QTUM. Fuckin genius!

<meanwhile>

A new Russian-based entity is formed so to act as a liaison for an entity whose business model consists of created a token designed to back tokens that are designed to back tokens which they are ... you're not gonna believe this ... designed to back tokens.

No wonder those behind FedCoin started jacking off all over themselves where saw what the fuck was happening.

And don't even get me started as to how Robert Mercer fits into all of this, but I'll give you a taste nonetheless: https://www.wired.com/2016/09/trumps-campaign-ceos-little-known-world-warcraft-career/

Where can I find out more info about this IPO? I tried to google for it but is seems there is no official announcement (I missed it?) only speculations.
And some of them are pretty darn old, so I don't think it is about the same project, for example, this article:
