We're preparing our game for Bitcoin purchasing, but we want to tell people where to go to buy Bitcoins. US users can use Coinbase directly since that's the system we're using, but what's the easiest way for others?

Also: LocalBitCoins (but this seems very cash centric right now)

Elsewhere?

There are the exchanges of course, but they are confusing for people to use.
