Sure, you could get yourself a 1x RX 460 rig, but it will only hash at 14mh/s.

You could find one lying in the street or a crackhead could be selling a card for super cheap... anything is possible.

It's possible if you look for older cards before the RX series.  For example, look for R9-270 cards.  They hash zcash even better than RX-460 and can be easily bought for $60-70 each.  This card can do 150+ H/s on Zcash.

Better have some cheap electric - that's like 600w for 4 cards doing 600 H/s - ouch

actually i was thinking  get 3 gtx 1050ti 4GB and build a mining rig
