Encrypted Burner phones

  Can anyone recommend a secure/encrypted burner phone that big brother can't track?  Any and all ideas on how I can live free of snooping are welcome.  Thanks!

nokia 3310? and even then you'd have to take the battery and sim out just to be sure.

if you're going anywhere near a smart phone then i think it's over before it even started. there was that black phone thing but i'm not sure it ever got made.
