there is nothing "best" about a faucet, they are terrible. not just because it is a waste of your time and not just because you can get your computer infected by disabling your adblock and allowing them to run scripts through these ads.
but because you are filling your wallet with small inputs which will cost a lot (even with smallest amount of fee) to spend.

I am around faucets for some time and I have good antivirus+firewall + additional security programs and I never get infected.Regarding small inputs,there is something what is called microwallet,all faucets reward go there and then when user reach desired treshold he can make withdraw to his wallet.
Before you write about something you should inform yourself first.
