most of the video cards used in mining are GDDR5, I found a very cheap EVGA 1080 GDDR5X card in a reliable store, and I'm suspicious that it is not a good card for mining, I'm thinking it's cheap because the memory is GDDR5X and I only see people using GDDR5 in mining

Is this video card good for mining?:

can I get 500~550 sol/s with this card?
I'm mining zcash.

yes, you will get something like that
gtx 1070ti is doing about 500-520 sol/s and the gtx 1080 is about 5-10% faster, depending on the card manufacturer.
in fact the difference between gtx1080 and gtx1070ti is not really big, that is why better purchase cheaper 1070ti version...
almost same performance with much better price  Roll Eyes

The latency issue arises only if you are after ETH due to the algo's reliance on memory. 1080s generate higher rates than its predecessor for algorithms like Equihash (efficiency is another matter).

this 1080 is at the same price as the 1070ti !! : Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes Roll Eyes

if this is the same price then buying a 1080 with 5 ~ 10% more efficiency is a good choice, Am I right? What about memory being GDDR5X? influence something?

As already answered, yes, because of higher latencies it influences memory intensive algos like ethash (ethereum, ella, pirl, ...).
