I need 5-10 Amazon AWS accounts with ec2 service ready.  I need the email used to make the account user/pass too. If you are new you either escrow or give upfront. If you are an old member or a seller with good reputation I will pay upfront.

Yes. I think 24 hours is the usual timeline to get the ec2 verified. Haven't done one for some time so I don't know if they changed that. Just tell me your price and eventually give your address on PM.
