Try to check out dreamweaver, I got a $10 vcc from them and never had a problem with confirming my paypal. Although I am interested in that offer for unlimited VCC for paypal verification. You never know when it will come in handy. Good luck OP.

$10 is kinda expensive since I need multiple Paypal accounts. So somewhere around $3-$4 would be a right spot.

You can not verify payal us anymore using a vcc, this worked in the past now you need as well a bank account, you can tey but it will not be verified.
