Is simplexcc a scam?

Hi everyone,

So on monday I've bought BTC for 500 Euro on bitstamp using simplexcc. Until the approvement they were very fast to respond and check, once my photo was good and my payment got approved and my money written off my CC everything went quiet. It's been 4 days, I haven't received my BTC, I've been e-mailing them for 4 days constantly, no respond at all.

I am very worried, I mean I risked to lose that money in CRYPTO yes.. but not like this, just disappearing.
