His readme says it doesn't. Can anyone confirm? I won't be able to tell from Linux command line I think. (Been testing on windows 10 to find the right settings. )

If I set core and memory speeds via command line, the voltage drops 300mv! Do I have to use the undervolt flag to bring it back up. Do not understand that.
