Having been said, few users would want to trade with new members using PayPal. The risk involved is just too great. You’d find more sellers accepting other (non-reversible) payment methods.
if the member is trustworthy i can send as gift. no fees & no private details exchanged. i will try the currency section.
Sending as a gift isn’t necessarily irreversible. If a user claims that their account was hacked and the funds sent were unauthorised then PayPal could still reverse it. Most users wouldn’t be protested for the risk/hassle involved so best just try using a different payment method.
