This morning I noticed one of my rigs was down and for some reason it was frozen. This seems to happen from time to time so I didn't think anything of it. I was having a problem booting up windows 10 and sometimes it would seemingly boot up properly but when you got in you couldn't click on anything. I thought to try to get it into safe mode but the startup was set to fast startup. I went into the bios and enabled safe restart and changed the features to windows 8/10. Once I did this I made the problem became worse and now the rig will start up and turn off with no image popping up on the monitor. The motherboard is a Gigabyte Z270P-D3 and I am running 6x RX470's on it with a EVGA 1000W PSU. It has sometimes been finicky but overall it has always run fine. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated. I'm sure it may be something simple but I was frustrated from the get go.

It sounds like a bios problem.

Did you try clearing the CMOS? Pull out the battery, clear cmos and wait for about 10min.
