but do you mean you have enabled 2FA? two factor auth???
if you have lost the code and you do not have your cell phone anymore, i think your bitcoin are lost...

 yes i didt save the code when i first time wihtdraw to that adress i gues that security code is only way to access those bitcoins

if you have the registration code, i think who btcjam support tean, will have no problems to restore your account!

So you have your bitcoin on BTCjam or on your personal adress that you wrote in first message? BTCjam have nothing common with your personal adress. To acsess bitcoins you need acsess to your online wallet(if you use online) or to wallet.dat file for wallet on your hdd. Also private key, you can do it if you know private key.

i made firts time wihtdrawal then they generated that bitcoin adress  where those bitcoins have gone i didnt save private key that time and now i cant move those botcoins to another place and i dont even know how i can do that
