Im in search for a coin (pretty new?) to mine with CPU - Fresh Coins welcome!

Hello my friends,

im searching for a coin that is pretty easy to mine cause its new. I did this long time ago for XMR, but the difficulty is too hard now.
I have several servers and clients i can use for mining.

So i search for a good coin (which is pretty new so there is no difficulty) that is mineable with CPUs.
It should be a coin with potential :-)
