ETH Mining issue

I have been successfully mining for a bit now. I just changed out my motherboard to the z270-p with a new SSD and windows install. I hooked everything back up and not the miner wants to freeze up right when she should start kicking.. Here is the LOG:

well im not overclocked. I've replaced risers. I have plenty of PSU. I have tried plugging a display into one of the cards... So i'm still failing to see the silver lining here.
