Powered PCIe X1 to X16 Vendor?

Cablesaurus is backordered for a couple of weeks and I'm looking to purchase a few powered PCIe X1 to X16 riser cables -- does anyone know of anywhere else to purchase some?

I've looked at the tutorial to build your own, and it definitely looks doable, but I'd just as soon buy them...
