I don't know what you are trying to achieve but Telegram is known and there is definitely a huge amounts of tutorials out there. Blocktrail documentation is also very clear (I read it), programming language is definitely required though, If you are familiar with NodeJS you could start here[1]. and there is also a basic explanation for the .NET SDK that was built by a user[2]
