Antminer l3+ for sale at www.penguinminer.com: Legit or scam?

I'm a crypto mining noob and I've been looking for the Antminer l3+ for sale. I've been able to find exorbitantly priced units on Ebay and Amazon which won't ship until september, by which point the difficulty rates may cause the investment to become a loss.  I found this company which claims to have 1200 units in stock and ship in mid July. My instinct says they are bogus.

Has anyone personally dealt with this company, or know of their reputation?
