From what I glanced over I think I know atleast four of those that you listed.
The telegram one is easy and I use it because it is just a robot game. And you need to wait atleast 60 days to be able to "cashout" if you do not invest into it. So it is not really a solid solution to get btc legitimately.
The other methods i wouldn't try because of the blackhat way you make them look in your list.

But to each their own I guess.

You are right it is blackhat and everyone who needs these knows it, I also have some methods I am sure they can't be sold here and I have 1 buyer when he logs in he can vouch for the method, I gave it to him at a discount as the first buyer.
