I see the coin named Laxmicoin says on their website:

"We having discussion with RBI & Govt. of India for approval and will launch very soon with proper approval."

they have a March 1, 2018 date for an ICO.  There is already an Indian coin named Rupee[RUP].  Does anyone know the legal status if CryptoCurrency in India?  Is the Rupee[RUP] illegal in India?
