Even you are having very limited number of IP locations, if your annual plan comes with at least one dedicated IP means will be very useful.

We let users connect from any device at any item from around the world. We don't limit the amount of connections to our servers. Currently we aren't offering dedicated IP's, but soon we may have some.

Sorry for the late reply, but we do have our own custom client for windows. Also we recently changed domains from stagevpn to introvpn. We are in the process of developing our own client for android, ios, and mac. We only support OpenVPN currently, but soon will move to different protocols.
