You will see there is only one Irish offer here - 100BTC for 1020 euro.
https://bitmarket.eu/market/EURI placed an offer a few hours ago saying that I would offer 800 euro for 300 coins. ie. about 2 or 3 euro per coin.
It was just to see if people were going to cash out if there are issues when mt. gox comes back online. My offer did not come up straight away and after sometime there appears to be 1 large offer from somebody in Ireland (that's where I'm from), that accepts all payments - I also set mine to all payments.
I cannot log into my account now and requested a password reset but have not got an email from them yet.
